It is my second time coming over here and I will come here often! With their authentic natural ayran with mint, it is a great start to explore Azerbaijani food while on Los Angeles. I was really missing very much for Azerbaijani food while being abroad. Their delicious, juicy lule kebab with lamb or beef prepared with fresh produce + dovga(yogurt soup with greens mixed) is supreme choice in Los Angeles for a healthy dining over fast food. Believe me, you won't find any place like this not only around Los Angeles but in entire West Coast or even the US for their taste. Paxlava(the one with rhombus shape with a nut on top) mixed with nuts, honey and flavors + tea is a perfect end for dining and of course, you're more than welcome to come back to try other foods. The great NEWS is they are expanding their menu by including potato kebab along with qutab(Azerbaijani type of quesadilla but not same). Price for the menu is a steal in Encino and whole San Fernando Valley!!! I give them 100/10!!!

This is hands down the most delicious kebab I've ever had. These kebabs have Baku hands behind them! I didnt exactly live around the corner. I drove more than 50 miles to get here and this flavor was worth every single mile, even sitting through LA traffic. I've tried kebab restaurants all over America and one of my biggest complaints is that the kebab is often dry or has too much bread fillers mixed into the meat. And sometimes when kebab seems unusually juicy, it's because oil or butter has been added before serving. Here, you can actually taste the difference. The meat is naturally juicy and flavorful from its own fat. Try several different kebabs and you'll understand what i mean. For me, this is the king of kebabs. The funniest part is that I'm writing this review a week after eating here, and I'm still dreaming about that kabob 😁 Come taste it for yourself. You'll understand the difference and you might find yourself driving 50 miles for it again too:)))

Our first food stop during our morning in Los Angeles was Bakinski Food Truck, and it was such a great choice. We ordered the lula kebab, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor immediately reminded me of the authentic Azerbaijani lula kebab I’ve been missing, it truly brought back the taste of Baku for me. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The service was wonderful as well. The gentleman serving us was very polite, warm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, this was one of the best Azerbaijani lula kebabs I’ve had in the U.S. so far, possibly even the best. Everything was excellent from the food to the service. Thank you so much for the amazing food, hospitality, and quality. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back again!

Absolutely amazing food! Everything was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The qutabs were perfectly cooked, the shish kebabs were juicy and tender, and the lula kebab was incredibly flavorful. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. Great food, great experience, and definitely a place worth visiting. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the kebab with rice, grilled vegetables, and fresh sides, and everything tasted amazing. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The ayran was especially good, fresh and refreshing, a perfect match with the kebab. Great portions, great flavors, and an authentic taste. Definitely a 5-star experience. It was so good that I couldn’t resist getting another portion to take home 😄 The meat was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, the rice was delicious, everything tasted fresh, and the portions were very generous. I honestly enjoyed every bite. If you love well-cooked, flavorful meat, you definitely have to try this place. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and tasted very authentic. The kebab was perfectly cooked, the meat was tender and juicy, and the rice was delicious. Absolutely delicious! The kababs are incredibly flavorful, fresh, and grilled over charcoal to perfection. The lamb lule is a must-try and hard to find elsewhere in LA. All the meats are halal, and the homemade Azerbaijani baklava with tea is amazing. Great quality, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Definitely a new favorite spot!

Excellent charcoal kebab spot. The meat was incredibly juicy and full of flavor, yet not fatty at all, you can really taste the charcoal grill. The pickles are honestly the best I've ever had. Basmati rice was magnificent, fluffy and fragrant. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed Bakinski in Encino. The lamb luleh was my favorite. It was juicy, smoky, and full of flavor. We had ayran and baklava too, and it was nice to sit at a table and enjoy the food in the park. Great Mediterranean and Caucasian spot.
